- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutley the worst ATM experience I've had. On to occasion's both ATM were out of money and was unable to make my transaction. This last time not only was I unable to get money but the machine ate my card. This happened Christmas Eve when I need it Needed my ATM debit card to go out and buy some last minute Christmas gifts. When I called the bank they absolutely had no idea why the ATM took my card and did not care that I had no access to my money until Tuesday which is 2 business days from now. I strongly suggest anybody that uses ATM/debit cards not to use capital one as their bank. They offer no help! A very dissatisfied customer.By David Mazza, July 06, 2017
